Delivery and Return Policy

RED APE’s Estimated Delivery Date Policy

• All Orders will be processed on same day Malaysian Time (GMT+8) with cut off time by 5pm.
• Delivery within certain areas of Klang Valley will be using MatDespatch which will be same day delivery.
• Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia will be using DHL with estimated shipping between 1 – 2 business days.
• Delivery outside of Peninsular Malaysia will be using GDEX or POSLAJU with estimated shipping between 2 – 3 business days.
• Delivery outside of Malaysia will be via DHL and will take between 1 – 2 weeks

RED APE’s Return Policy

• Original receipt is needed for product exchange within 30 days after purchase.
• Products can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault.
• No refund policy.
• Products can be exchanged provided that the products are in new and original condition.
• The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item.
• Red Ape Holdings Sdn Bhd reserves the right for final decision.
