Signature Sound
Some of the marvels of a Grado driver are the clarity and range, revealing new notes and details in songs heard hundreds of times. The White Headphone explodes with warm harmonic colors, rich full bodied vocals, excellent dynamics, and an ultra-smooth top end. The presentation is very detailed, the bass is deep, and the music is very tight while non-fatiguing.

Driver Focused
Each driver is tuned for the material of their enclosure and individually matched for sonic consistency, as we strive to find the perfect balance between the wood and speaker. This process takes full advantage of the warmth and impact maple allows. Powering the headphone is a transducer specifically configured for this new housing, all while keeping the Grado signature sound.

The Soundstage
The 50mm driver works in tandem with the maple housing and the large cushion to create a life-size presentation. This combination creates a unique spatial experience, all with stunning separation and layering of the music.

Hand-Built in Brooklyn
Topping off the white maple housings is our large white stitched leather headband, with a 12-conductor cable feeding information to the drivers. The Grado family has been hand building in Brooklyn since 1953, and The White Headphone is no different. Six decades of building on our workbenches has led to this headphone.
